Our apps
Where the team app for salons is also offered as an app for iPhone, the following applies: it comes from the provider named above. Apple merely distributes it through the App Store — Apple is not its provider and has no obligation to furnish maintenance or support for it.
Questions, complaints and claims about the app go to the e-mail address given above.
No app is needed for the club card itself: it opens in the browser and, where offered, can be added to Apple Wallet or Google Wallet.
Dispute resolution
Lytchie Club Card is directed exclusively at businesses within the meaning of § 14 of the German Civil Code — salons that offer a club card to their own customers. No contract is concluded with consumers.
We are neither obliged nor willing to take part in dispute resolution proceedings before a consumer arbitration board (§ 36 VSBG).
